Scope of the review
Every review covers the same set of topics:
- Current state. Solutions in operation, their users, processes and results.
- Solution results. Measurement before and after deployment for each solution, in the same unit of analysis we started from.
- Changes in technology. New models and tools, provider terms and ways of building solutions since the previous review.
- Relevance to the organisation. Selecting the changes that have a real impact on its processes.
- Modernisation. Solutions worth moving to new models or tools.
- Next step. The process, team and type of change with which the organisation begins the next cycle.
Recommendations
The review provides a complete picture of all solutions. For each one, we recommend the way forward: further development, modernisation or planned retirement.
