Session for boards and owners

Three hours in which a board member or owner builds a working AI solution themselves and sees what this technology can change in the work of their teams.

A working solution built by the participant

The board’s perspective

Artificial intelligence is changing the way entire teams work. Decisions about where to apply it, what to invest in and how to prepare people are made at board level and call for a first-hand understanding of its capabilities.

A board member who has built an AI-based solution themselves sees their teams’ potential in a new light. They know what to expect from their teams, initiate change themselves and accurately assess the proposals that reach them.

The board sets the horizon for working with artificial intelligence across the whole organisation.

Who it is for

For owners, CEOs and board members: the people who decide the direction of the company’s development and the way its teams work. We designed the programme specifically for executives. It focuses on the capabilities of the technology and what they mean for the company. The value of the session lies in each participant’s personal experience.

How the session runs

Most of the time is spent working with the technology. Step by step, each participant builds their own AI-based solution and sees in real time what the technology can do.

As we work, we discuss the questions on which every implementation in an organisation depends:

  • what artificial intelligence does best and where its limits lie,
  • how to frame tasks to obtain high-quality results,
  • what information can be entrusted to AI tools and how to protect company data,
  • where the decision rests with a human.

The discussion centres on the way the organisation works and the decisions facing the board.

What participants leave with

A working solution they have built themselves, and first-hand experience of working with the technology.

Above all, a fresh perspective on their own company. Participants see where artificial intelligence can take over routine tasks, allowing teams to focus on work that calls for their experience and judgement. This map of opportunities becomes the basis for deciding on the next steps.

Next steps

The session opens the journey of building competence across the organisation. The natural next step is workshops for teams, followed by the AI readiness audit, in which we translate the needs identified by the board into a process map and a baseline measurement. There, we assign goals and metrics to specific processes, roles and teams.
