Competencies begin the journey
Team competencies are the foundation of every change in an organisation. People who understand artificial intelligence and know how to work with it embrace implementations as their own and develop them further themselves.
That is why the workshops begin the journey to an organisation that works with artificial intelligence every day. We build competencies ahead of implementation, so that every solution reaches a team prepared to work with it. Along the way, the whole organisation gains a common language for discussing artificial intelligence and its applications.
Working with the tools
The workshops are hands-on: every participant builds their own working solution. We work with tools we know from our own implementations: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, n8n, Claude Code, OpenAI ChatGPT and local models.
We select the tools to match the team’s needs and the tasks it handles every day.
Collaborating with AI
The way people collaborate with the tools matters as much as knowing how to operate them. In the workshops we teach:
- how to frame tasks to obtain high-quality results,
- how to assess the reliability of a result,
- how to work securely with company data,
- where the decision rests with a human: wherever it concerns people, money or the law.
We later build AI governance and oversight on these same principles. A team that has learned them in practice applies them with conviction.
The human in a duet with AI
Every change in the way people work raises questions about the human role. In the workshops we discuss these questions openly and show what working in a duet looks like: artificial intelligence takes over repetitive tasks, while people contribute experience, judgement and accountability for the outcome.
Every participant gains a real opportunity to become someone who works in a duet with AI. We support them at every stage of the journey.
A team that understands this change becomes its co-author.
What the workshops bring to the organisation
Beyond building participants’ competencies, the workshops yield insight into the company’s real needs. People who have seen what is possible identify for themselves where artificial intelligence can take over routine tasks.
The organisation gains a prepared team, a map of areas worth exploring and people committed to the success of the change. This map is the starting point for the next step.
Next steps
The knowledge gained in the workshops carries directly into implementation, because the same team leads both stages.
Organisations that want to extend competencies to every role continue the journey with the organisation-wide competence programme. Those ready to identify where artificial intelligence will deliver measurable results move on to the implementation stage, which begins with the AI readiness audit.
